Custom products are manufactured in order to meet your application requirements. SDS designs and manufactures power supplies based on customer’s specifications. Power supplies are specific and can support the transition to standards: CE Mark, UL, CSA… In order to let us know your requirements, please use the various means to contact us as described below. The average delivery lead times for our standard products are 2 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of order. For custom products, please contact us. The shipping and insurance costs are invoiced over the price of our products.

All our products must be paid in full prior to delivery unless we specifically agree otherwise such as in the case of ongoing/scheduled deliveries or serial production. For all new customers, the payment has to be done at the order shipment (creation of the customer account). For the customers, payment has to be done in compliance with the legal terms.
